Ideateplus, with technical and financial support from WHO, has developed the peer-to-peer social network Care & Share as a way to build safe and secure global support communities among those struggling with chronic disease.
Care & Share provides a trusted space where those suffering from chronic ailments- as well as their caregivers and those who have recovered from these diseases - can come together to ask questions, share experiences, and offer support.
